Survey Existing Conditions—Measure existing conditions and produce base drawings.
Project Programming—Design process begins with the discovery of project scope, and dreams and desires of client.
Schematic Design—Develop first sketches of the overall design concept.
Design Development—Refine and fine tune design concept with client input.
Construction Documents/Permit Drawings—Add notes, dimensions and details to approved design thus providing information the contractor requires when building the project. Also, at this point the drawings contain the information required for a building permit submission.
Additional Drawings—Provide drawings beyond the requirements of construction/permit drawings such as electrical plans, mechanical plans, floor plans, roof framing plans, roof plans, window and door schedules, finish plans and 3D renderings.
Construction Phase Consultation—Visit building site, answer questions from contractor and provide additional details for construction purposes.
